We’ll schedule a free, no-obligation site visit. During the walkthrough, we’ll inspect your laundry area (or potential laundry space), check plumbing, electrical access, and layout to ensure we design the best setup for your building.
After the walkthrough, we’ll provide a personalized proposal. We’ll recommend the best machines (washer/dryer combos) for your building size, explain your payment options (coin, app, or both), and outline the revenue share if applicable. Clear, simple, no hidden fees.
Once you approve the proposal, our team handles full delivery and professional installation of your new equipment. We make sure everything is hooked up safely, test all machines, and install QR code labels for easy service requests.
We’ll provide you with ready-to-use flyers and signs to share with tenants — explaining how to use the machines, how to pay, and how to report any issues.
After installation, we handle everything — service, maintenance, collections (if coins are used), and tenant support. If a machine ever needs service, tenants can simply scan the QR code to report it. We pride ourselves on fast response times and keeping your laundry room running smoothly.
